The objectives of the firm are:

  •     To provide diverse investment in the Student Accommodation sector in major European University cities
  •     To invest in properties which provide strong rental yields, added capital value and ongoing capital growth
  •     To invest in key E.U. cities with high supply/demand imbalances in student registrations vs. student housing
  •     To use partnership and outsourcing arrangements with local operators who have successful track records
  •     To achieve a minimum target ROI of 12% p.a. before tax

  •     A mix of undergraduate & postgraduate students
  •     A mix of domestic students & international students
  •     Purchasing only Bank Certified, multi-use assets
